The most unique portion of our travel company is our group travel division. Our company specializes in group travel management. We create travel events around the world with a comprehensive itinerary that encompasses authentic food, culture, education, and lots of fun.

Seems like there could be something closer to the resort so almost an entire day is not lost riding a bus. Otherwise, everything was great.

    I can’t Wait To Travel is a travel company that provides leisure, corporate, and group travel. We offer valuable resources, training, marketing techniques, and a tema to support you as you help your clients explore the world. Our travel agency offers all of our travel consultants a strong foundation to help you to succeed as an independent contractor.

    Travel Agent Job Responsabilities:

    • Promote the I Can’t Wait To Travel Brand
    • Always maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands
    • Ensure and provide quality service to external customers
    • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Proactively drives business through focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions
    • Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgts and preferences
    • Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities
    • Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities
    • Collect payments, books travel arrangements, and pays applicable fees
    • Handles travel issues, conflicts, complains, cancelations, and refunds
    • Builds and maintains relantionships with travel and tuor vendors
    • Conducts research on destinations and industry trends
    • Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings

    Travel Agent Qualifications/Skills:

    • Strong sales and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Strong ability. to manage time and prioritize tasks
    • Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED – We will train you. However, experience in tourism, travel, and marketing is beneficial
